- Property data — addresses, certificate details, and compliance dates you enter into the platform.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the service.

3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the CompliLet service.
- Send compliance reminders and notifications you have opted into.
- Improve and develop new features.

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the EU (London region, eu-west-2). We use encryption at rest and in transit to protect your information. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties when necessary to operate the service:
- AWS — cloud infrastructure provider.
- Email provider — to send transactional emails (reminders, verification).
- Stripe — to process payments (we never see or store your full card details).
